Justin knows what it takes to run a salon. He was exposed to the beauty industry at a very young age and understands the industry’s challenges. Though the economy has been a challenge, it has also afforded the salon an opportunity to significantly expand and we were lucky enough to take advantage of this. The changes he implemented have proven to be effective and beneficial to the salon and its daily operations. He’s not only a tremendous asset to the salon but he has demonstrated his ability to take the salon to the next level of success. Justin is constantly brainstorming with executive management to improve and to implement changes that result in positive outcomes. Justin’s ability to analyze existing processes and come up with creative solutions is exceptional.
